Open the capsule (or acquire yogurt) and blend it using your saliva.  Keep it in the mouth for a few minutes and afterwards swallow. Place Bravo in which and when you would like it with Bravo Concentrate. I have noticed terrific health enhancements right after only one month if using this. I
